Site-owned storage
The website code does not currently install advertising, session-replay or optional analytics cookies. It does not save an AI-chat transcript. The former website’s custom analytics and chat storage have not been carried into this version.
Third-party services
Patient forms are embedded from Zoho Forms. Zoho receives technical request information when you load a page containing a form and may use storage needed to operate that form. Opening the patient-article page automatically requests the article library from SORO. Provider browser-storage behaviour remains externally controlled and should be reviewed periodically by the practice.
Future analytics
Optional analytics, advertising or session replay must not be added without updating this information and, where required, obtaining consent before the technology starts.
Browser controls
You can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking storage or third-party resources may prevent embedded forms from working and will prevent the SORO article library from loading; provider fallbacks and the practice telephone number remain available. Call 0131 225 3911 if you cannot use an online form.
