Known limitations
Zoho patient forms are embedded within the practice website, but the controls inside each form remain provider-controlled. Automated checks identified accessibility defects inside those forms that cannot be repaired from this website repository. The practice provides external-tab and telephone alternatives while it reviews remediation with the provider.
The patient-article library is supplied by an external provider. Its changing article output, clinical accuracy, image text alternatives and publication dates remain subject to practice review.

If you cannot use a page or form, call 0131 225 3911 or email info@4greatstuartstreet.com. Do not email sensitive medical information unless the practice has asked you to use that route.
Report a problem
Tell the practice which page or task you could not use, what device or assistive technology you were using and, if possible, what happened. The team will provide an alternative and use the report to improve the service.
